Hire, Procedure and Refund Policies
For A-Frame Teepees/Wigwams/Bell Tents/Weddings

1. Booking information

1.1. The Company is Sweet Dreams Teepees. 

1.2.
The “Hirer” means the person named on the invoice. 

1.3.
Deposits

1.3a. 
Birthday
A-Frame/Wigwam/Bell Tent deposit of £30 is required to confirm booking. 
The remaining balance is due 7 days priors to the booking date.


1.3b Wedding A -Frame/Wigwam deposit of £200 is required to confirm booking. £100
will be held as a security deposit until inspection is finalised the following day. Usually released within 48 hours. The remaining balance is due 4 weeks prior to the Wedding date. 

1.4. 
Final balances must be paid prior to the set up. If the balance is not paid, reserve the right to cancel the booking. 

1.5. 
Sweet Dreams Teepees accepts no liability or responsibility if you do not have the necessary permissions/permits in place for the hire of goods and services, which means your booking cannot go ahead. No refunds will be given for permissions/permits that have not been disclosed at time of booking. 

1.6. 
Sweet Dreams Teepees accepts no liability or responsibility for accidents or damages which may occur if you choose to carry the equipment to any property level. 

1.7. 
No responsibility is taken for allergies (including fabrics, accessory materials and food).  Some products may contain traces of nuts made in a factory that handles nuts. Please advise in advance. 

1.8. 
Sweet Dreams Teepees is not responsible for the welfare of the children attending. This remains the full responsibility of the hirer. 

1.9. 
It is the hirer’s responsibility to ensure that the children are supervised at all times. 

1.10. 
The hirer must ensure the safe use of the hire equipment. The Teepees/Wigwams are not play items and are used only to sleep inside. 

1.11. 
Bunting and lighting can represent a risk of strangulation and children must be supervised at all times when the decoration is displayed. 

1.12. 
The Teepees/Wigwams must NOT be climbed on OR moved after set up. 
The Bell Tent must not be moved after set up and the centre pole must not be used for pole dancing.

1.13. 
It is the hirer’s responsibility and liability for damage or injury occurring as a result of inappropriate use.  See Damage Charges below. 

1.14. 
Smoking is not permitted in the proximity of Sweet Dreams Teepees equipment. 

1.15. 
Teepees/Wigwams are for indoor use only and NOT to be used or moved outdoors. 

1.16. 
Sweet Dreams Teepees accepts no liability or responsibility for any damage caused to you including costs, losses, claims, expenses, demands and proceedings, including your property, any third party and their guests, or any consequential loss in those regards. 

1.17. 
It is not Sweet Dreams Teepees intention to violate any copyright laws and all themes are only inspired by popular trends. 

1.18. 
Quality products are used and follow a strict hygiene routine. 

2. 
Supervision

2.1. 
It is not Sweet Dreams Teepees responsibility for the care and safety of the children, parents and guardians should be made aware. 

2.2. 
The hirer is required to take responsibility for the welfare of all children using/sleeping in the Teepees/Wigwams. 

2.3. 
It is the hirer’s responsibility to ensure that the children are supervised at all times. 

2.4. 
The hirer must ensure the safe use of the hire equipment. The Teepees/Wigwams are not play items and are used only to sleep in. 

2.5. 
The Teepees/Wigwams must NOT be climbed on or moved after each set up. 

3. 
Cancellation

 3.1. 
Changes to dates and an increase in A-Frame/Wigwam numbers are subject to availability.  A decrease in the A-Frame/Wigwam numbers is non-refundable.

3.2. 
Unfortunately all deposits are non-refundable. if you change your mind.

4. 
Liability
 
4.1. 
Nothing is these terms shall limit or exclude our liability, which may not be limited or excluded by law, including without limitation, liability for death or personal injury caused by us or negligence. 

4.2. 
Sweet Dreams Teepees will have no liability having arisen for your breach of the contract. 

4.3. 
This contact is governed and constructed in accordance with English Law and the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. 

4.4. 
No information included in their booking will be disclosed to any third party. 

4.5. 
Sweet Dreams Teepees has suitable public liability insurance and take the utmost care to ensure the safety of all party/wedding guests at all times. 

4.6. 
Liability cannot be taken for reactions or injury sustained whilst attending a party/wedding or there after. 

4.7. 
All persons using the equipment do so at their own risk and it’s the hirers responsibility and liability for any damage or injury occurring from or as a result of inappropriate use or misuse or reckless use. 

4.8. 
This information is given for the safety of all people attending a party or wedding erected by Sweet Dreams Teepees. It is your responsibility, the hirer, to ensure that they are understood and adhered to by all party and wedding guests. 

4.9. 
It is the responsibility of the hirer to inform guests accordingly of the above terms and conditions. 

5. 
Damage Charges
 
Equipment, damages, broken, missing and cost(s) in £. 

5.1. A-Frame Teepee framee - £75 each frame.  
       A-Frame Teepee cover - £50 each cover. 

5.2. Wigwam frame - £80 each frame.
s      Wigwam cover - £90 each cover. 

5.3. Flowers - £15 each

5.4. Fairy lights - £12 per set (Ratten Balls). 
                           - £20 per set (flower, Wedding). 

5.5. Bunting - £15 per length. 

5.6. Breakfast Tray, including if graffitied - £15 per tray. 

5.7. Memory Foam Mattress - £80 per mattress. 

5.8. Cushions - £20 per cushion. 

5.9. Blankets - £25 per item. 

5.10. Lamp or Lantern - £10 per item. 

5.11. Rug or Sheepskin Mat - £50 per item
