Hygiene

The coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis means this is a challenging time for all businesses. Sweet Dreams Teepees takes hygiene very seriously. There are procedures that are followed to a high standard. All fabrics are washed after every use. This includes all linen, including sheets, mattress protector, fleece blankets & cushion covers. These are washed in sensitive washing liquid. All tray tables, lanterns, lighting switches, plush toys, A-Frame Teepees and Wigwam frames are wiped with disinfectant and sprayed with an antibacterial spay after each use. You can rest assure, the Teepee equipment and accessories are thoroughly cleaned prior to each use.

The hire period is for 1 night

Measurements

Please measure your room space, making sure the Wigwams or our Best Friends Wigwam have enough room. Make sure the measurements do not overlap.

Wigwams - 160cm (L) x 95cm (W)

Best Friends Wigwam - 160cm (L) x 150cm (W)

NOTE: To Include the Tray ADD another 40cm to the (L).

Deposit

A deposit of £30 is required when booking is confirmed.

The remainder to be paid in full 7 days prior to party.

Radius

A 10 mile radius from point of dispatch in Walton-On-Thames.

Party venues exceeding this distance will be done at my discretion. Travel charges may apply.

NOTE: Additional ULEZ charge applicaable.

Cancellation

Changes to dates and Teepee numbers are subject to availability but I will do my best to accommodate you.

Unfortunately all deposits are non refundable if you change your mind.

Delivery

Sweet Dreams Teepee packages are available for hire throughout Surrey and the surrounding areas. Please note, additional ULEZ charge applicable.

I will deliver, assemble and style your chosen Teepees. They will be beautifully decorated with bedding, bunting, cushions, and fairy lights, before your guests arrive.

The hire period is for overnight.

Next day collection time is flexible.

Breakage/Missing Items

Please note, all breakages andn missing items, must be paid for, to replace damaged stock.
